Herman Schwietert - General Manager, Greater China
Herman Schwietert assumed the role of General Manager for PharmaLink China in June 2007.
Prior to PharmaLink, Herman took on various roles in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in marketing and sales, and General Management.
From 2002 to 2006, he worked and lived in Shanghai as Marketing and Sales Manager for Organon China. After which, he moved to Hungary as General Manager. His international experience also includes the Netherlands and Ukraine.
Herman received a Master of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the State University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
Daryl Yap - Head of PharmaLink, Hong Kong
Daryl has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years.
Prior to joining Pharmalink Hong Kong in 2008, Daryl held various positions in the areas of sales and marketing with Glaxo (Hong Kong), Schering- Plough (Hong Kong), Merck Sharp and Dohme (China), Amgen (Greater China). His last position was Head Business Unit - Oncology with Novartis Pharmaceuticals (Hong Kong) Ltd.
Daryl holds an MBA from University of Hull (UK).
Mark Brown - Head of PharmaLink, Korea
Mark brings 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Asia Pacific to PharmaLink, both within the industry and as a service provider to the industry. Most recently he headed up the consulting business of IMS Health Korea working with Korean and international companies.
Prior to relocating to Korea Mark established a consulting firm in Sydney working with pharmaceutical clients worldwide and also has sales and marketing experience across Asia Pacific with Novartis, was GM of Innovex Australia/New Zealand and started his career in sales and marketing with Astrazeneca.
With 8 years of his career spent working in Asia he is well placed to lead Pharmalink Korea to meet the future challenges of the Korean market.
