Country and regional heads monitor their sales force performance based criteria such as days in field, call volume, call rate, coverage and call frequency.
One of the priorities of Operational Excellence is to develop an effective targeting and segmentation process that allows the sales force to segment their target customers according to market potential, brand loyalty or market share, as defined by internally and externally set criteria and corresponding weighted values.
